ZAGOSO

How it works

Open an app. Assign the work. Review what ships.

Zagoso turns GTM playbooks into agent-run workflows. The Agent Operator stays in control while agents handle research, drafting, routing, reporting, and repeatable execution.

01

Apps

Start with a GTM motion.

Apps are the workspaces inside Zagoso. Each app maps to a business motion: Founder Brand, SEO/AEO Content, Pipeline Generation, GTM Engineering, or YouTube Production. The Agent Operator opens the app, sets the direction, and gives the system the context it needs.

  • One workspace per GTM motion
  • Built around repeatable work
  • Connected to agents, skills, sources, and approvals

02

Agents

Agents do the work.

Agents take the brief, break down the task, use the right skills, and return outputs for review. They can research accounts, draft content, identify signals, write outreach, summarize activity, and recommend next steps. When a step matters, the Agent Operator approves it.

  • Research, draft, analyze, route, and report
  • Work inside defined permissions and workflows
  • Escalate important steps for human review

03

Skills

Skills make the work repeatable.

Skills are reusable capabilities agents can call. A skill can write a LinkedIn post in the founder's voice, build an account list, create an SEO/AEO brief, classify a reply, or generate a weekly pipeline report. The more skills the system has, the more the GTM motion compounds.

  • Built once, reused across agents
  • Turns playbooks and SOPs into execution
  • Creates consistency across customers, campaigns, and outputs

That's the operating loop.

Open the app. Assign the work. Agents run the workflow. Skills compound. The Agent Operator reviews what matters and improves the system over time.
